Tony Joe White
-Tony is still touring today and describes his style of music as "Swampy Blues". He gained solid respect at the festival that evening, as he wooed the audience with his Deep South versions of "Polk Salad Annie" and "Boom Boom Boom". His only backing was Cozy Powell on drums, whom he borrowed from The Jeff Beck Group.
